Fellowship Application

We participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) to fill all our available positions and use the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) to transmit Fellowship applications.

All applications must be submitted through ERAS. Please do not send us applications or supporting information directly.  We fully adhere to ERAS cycle deadlines.

We regret we can not offer interviews to all the candidates that submit applications. A Fellowship committee, made up of six Rheumatology faculty members, independently evaluates each application.  Based on this initial evaluation applicants are chosen to be offered interviews.  We usually interview 15-20 candidates between February and April. The Fellowship Committee meets in May and generates our Match-list.

We welcome applications from all qualified physicians irrespective of their origin or place of medical training. Applicants who are not US citizens or Permanent Residents are not eligible for certain sources of salary funding, especially the NIH Training Grant. This limits but certainly does not preclude our ability to recruit these applicants.
