The Division of Nephrology provides outpatient chronic dialysis care through the Michigan Dialysis Services, LLC, a corporate partnership between the University of Michigan and Renal Research Institute, LLC. Michigan Dialysis Services, LLC offers the following dialysis programs which, in many ways, are exemplary for the dialysis community.
Chronic dialysis care is provided by dedicated Nephrology faculty at the University of Michigan along with a team of qualified nurses and technicians at each site. Our focus on kidney transplantation for all eligible candidates, our patient-centered weekly rounds in the above facilities and our ongoing achievement of outcomes-based measures provide leadership by example for other dialysis programs in Southeastern Michigan.
