If you need prescriptions renewed, please tell your
doctor at the beginning of your clinic visit. All
prescriptions must be renewed by a doctor at least
once a year. Therefore, even if your prescription
bottle says you can have refills, your pharmacy may
not give you any if the original prescription is more
than one year old.
Have the following information ready
when you call (734-763-7364, option #7):
- your registration (CPI) number (on your blue hospital card)
- the name of the drug and dose
- the amount you take per day
- the name and phone number of your pharmacy
- how many days you have until you run out of the drug
A nurse will review this information and arrange
for your prescription. Please allow us 48 hours to
take care of your request.
