Our High-Risk Obstetrics & Diabetes clinic team consists of doctors from Maternal Fetal Medicine and Endocrinology as well as resident physicians, nurses, and dietitians. We care for patients with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes. Patients diagnosed with gestational diabetes attend a class to learn about gestational diabetes and blood sugar monitoring, and receive nutrition counseling. Our endocrinologists also are available for consultation about thyroid disease or other endocrine disorders during pregnancy.
