We are excited to announce that the University of Michigan’s Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology & Diabetes (MEND) has opened a new, state-of-the-art clinic in the Domino’s Farms complex in northeast Ann Arbor. This relocation to a much larger facility allows us to offer better, more comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients! The new clinic serves adults who have diabetes mellitus; obesity; osteoporosis; abnormalities of the thyroid, adrenal, or the pituitary gland; or other hormone-related issues, as well as adult podiatry patients.

Features of the new clinic:

Clinics relocated to Domino's Farms, Lobby C:

* Metabolism, Endocrinology & Diabetes Clinic at the Taubman Center, U-M Hospital
* Briarwood Center for Diabetes at Briarwood, Building #2
* Diabetes Education Program at Briarwood, Building #2

Patients who have visited any of the above clinics within the past two years were sent a letter in March notifying them about the move and will receive a second letter with a map and directions in June. Patients who had a visit already scheduled at one of the above clinics, and whose appointment date or location needs to be changed due to our move, will be contacted by our staff with the updated appointment information.
