REGISTRATION for the 6th Annual Midwest Islet Club Conference, 2013 at UMich-Ann Arbor
The annual meeting starts with lunch on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 and ends with an evening banquet on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Participants are expected to stay on Thursday night for the festivities and leave on Friday morning, if possible.
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
(late fee of $20 added after April 15, 2013)
Cost: $175 USD per person (by Monday, April 15, 2013), which covers all meals, meeting materials, and costs of holding the meeting. Does not include hotel accommodations.
Late registration: $195 USD (April 16–May 10, 2013)
Deadline: Online registration closes on Friday, May 10, 2013. After that date, you must register at the door at the start of the meeting on May 23, 2013 (fee: $195 USD).

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel by or on May 9, your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after May 10. Persons who fail to cancel in advance and who do not attend the conference are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations require written notice. Abstract Submission IS NOW CLOSED: Submission of abstracts for posters and/or oral presentations is a separate process from registration. After you have registered, you may go to the Abstracts page of this website for information on abstract formatting and submission. The submission deadline for oral presentations and posters was extended to Monday, March 4, 2013 at noon.
