Target Audience
This is a clinically focused program designed for primary care health providers interested in the diagnosis and management of clinical problems encountered in primary care. This would include family physicians, general practitioners, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals involved in primary care.

Registration Fees
You are encouraged to register as soon as you are certain of attending as we cannot guarantee educational materials for applicants who are not preregistered and prepaid by Friday, July 17, 2015. Payment must accompany registration. Checks should be made payable to the University of Michigan in U.S. currency. Payments by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. The course fee includes educational materials, continental breakfast, coffee service, Lunch on the Lawn, and private reception for participants, faculty and families. Please RSVP for the Lunch on the Lawn when registering for the course. On-site registration will also be available.

*A private, evening reception at the Grand Hotel on Saturday, August 1, 2015 is included in your registration fee. Please see the hotel's dress code.

Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from your registration payment. Refund requests must be received in writing one week prior to the course, no later than Friday, July 24, 2015. No refunds will be made thereafter.

Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to update primary care providers in their current thinking about various diagnostic and therapeutic challenges commonly encountered in clinical practice. At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to implement:

Accreditation & Credit Designation
The University of Michigan Medical School is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The University of Michigan Medical School designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Applications have been submitted to the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians for credits. Determination of credit is pending. Other credits by specialty may apply.
