Target Audience
This is a clinically focused program designed for primary care health providers interested in the diagnosis and management of clinical problems encountered in primary care. This would include: family physicians, general practitioners, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals involved in primary care.

Registration Fees
You are encouraged to register as soon as you are certain of attending as we cannot guarantee educational materials for applicants who are not preregistered and prepaid by Friday, July 17, 2015. Payment must accompany registration. Checks should be made payable to the University of Michigan in U.S. currency. Payments by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. Fees include lectures, continental breakfast, coffee service, course materials, Lunch on the Lawn and private reception for course attendees and their guests. On-site registration will also be available.

*A private, evening reception at the Grand Hotel on Saturday, August 1, 2015 is included in your registration fee. Please see the hotel's dress code.

Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from your registration fee. Refund requests must be received in writing one week prior to the course, no later than Friday, July 24, 2015. No refunds will be made thereafter.
