This conference is intended for geriatricians, nursing home and other
long-term care practitioners, hospitalists, internists, family physicians, physician
assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, consulting pharmacists and
other practitioners taking care of older adults in the community, hospitals and
nursing homes.
