Letter from the Editor
Have you ever noticed that some people love change and others avoid it? In high school, my mom lectured me for changing my clothes multiple times a day (not good for the laundry pile). In college I liked to change my major. After college, I changed jobs several times until I found this one at the Health System.
Change can be tough, but it's also a great way to try new things. That's what I tell myself, anyway. And it's probably a good thing that I embrace change because I learned it's coming to Inside View.
After this issue, we're switching gears and the publication will be ONLINE ONLY.
A few reasons why this is good: We're going green and many trees will be thankful. And, there is the decreased expense of printing and mailing - an important step as we face tough economic times. Finally, Inside View online is already a really cool Web site. We're going to find as many ways as possible to make it even better. As editor, it's been fun to hold an issue in my hand every two months. Yet, as we've seen, electronic communications are a thing of the future.
I hope you'll continue to submit ideas for Inside View as we transition from print to online. Your feedback and suggestions are welcome and appreciated. We'll still write articles and highlight staff and the great work happening in so many areas. Thank you for reading Inside View.
