Research Description Our lab is working to elucidate the mechanisms underlying phagocytosis and macropinocytosis. Specifically, we seek to identify the patterns of temporal and spatial activation of Rho GTPases during these ingestive processes. Our work relies heavily on FRET and Confocal microscopy.
