Research Description

I focus on enhancing tumor immunity via breaking immune tolerance. My
recent data indicates the blockade of lymphotoxin signaling is an
efficient way to break central tolence, thus rescuing tumor-reactive T
cells from negative selection. For peripheral tolerance, I use anti-B7
antibody treatment to reduce Treg cells in periphery.
