Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia Support Groups
HSP is a rare disorder. Many physicians are unfamiliar with this disorder. Often, subjects and their families feel alone and frustrated with the inability to quickly obtain information. One-on-one discussions between subjects with HSP is an important way to obtain information, share experiences, and allay fears.
The HSP Discussion Group is an excellent opportunity to talk with other people who have this condition. The HSP Discussion Group is an online, e-mail forum in which correspondence can be addressed to the group as a whole; or sent privately to individual members. The HSP Discussion Group includes members from around the world. Dr. John K. Fink, Associate Professor, Department of Neurology at the University of Michigan participates in this Discussion Group and answers any questions regarding HSP and related disorders. Questions and their answers are handled in confidence.
