All of our employees go through a thorough background check including, driving record screen, professional license check and fingerprinting. All staff are fully insured and bonded through the University of Michigan.
At Michigan Visiting Care we realize that inviting someone into your home and life can be very challenging. We want you to be comfortable with those who care for you, your family member, or your client. We pride ourselves in striving for consistent caregivers whose personalities complement those of their patients.
Having competent staff is extremely important to our department. That is why all of our employees complete a clinical skills assessment, have ongoing competency checks with full demonstrations, four hour hands-on orientation and are required to have Basic Life Support certification.
