Viral Hepatitis Clinic
The Viral Hepatitis Clinic is directed by Dr. Anna Lok, a world-renowned expert and coauthor of the American Association for Study of Liver Diseases Practice Guidelines: Hepatitis B. The mission of this clinic is to provide state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic options to our patients. Patients in this clinic have ready access to new therapies for hepatitis B and C through clinical trials. For patients receiving standard care, an experienced physician assistant is dedicated to monitoring these patients and assisting them with access to medications, monitoring of response, and management of side effects. A variety of diagnostic tests including sophisticated antiviral drug resistance mutation testing is available to guide patient management.
