Jake ReichbartSOLO GUITAR
Jake Reichbart
For the past 20 years, guitar virtuoso Jake Reichbart has been delighting audiences in the Great Lakes region and beyond. Along the way, he has picked up numerous praises and awards for his performances and recordings. While a noted bandleader and an in-demand sideman, Reichbart's forte lies in his instrumental solo work. According to Lyle Robinson from Jazz Guitar Life, “While being a top shelf jazz guitarist, [Reichbart] is also a tremendous arranger of solo chord melody tunes in a variety of genres from jazz to rock and pop.”

Bob Sweet TrioPIANO JAZZ
Bob Sweet Trio

This is piano jazz at its finest. Kurt Krahnke (bass), Bob Sweet (drums) and Tad Weed (piano) have been part of the southeastern Michigan jazz scene for decades. Anything might happen when they get together, but the performance is always fueled by creative group interplay. Whether they're playing jazz standards or original pieces, you can count on a fresh, dynamic sound, distinctively flavored with the soul of the Detroit jazz tradition.

Jerry PerrineOLD TIME PIANO
Jerry Perrine

Jerry Perrine specializes in the classic American piano styles of ragtime, traditional jazz, blues and boogie-woogie. As a teenager, Perrine became fascinated with the ragtime piano music of Scott Joplin and others, and he taught himself how to play ragtime piano. As he studied the music and the history of that piano style, he learned of other styles and pianists such as Eubie Blake, Jelly Roll Morton, Fats Waller and many others. He learned how to play and compose in each style, and he has enjoyed performing old time piano music for nearly thirty years. Recently, he has been a featured performer at the Greenfield Village Ragtime Street Fair in Dearborn, Michigan.
