Mild Memory Loss Programs
Mind Works: Brain Games for anyone concerned about memory and cognitionThis group meets each week, and members work on a wide variety of games, both individually and in groups. Mental exercises and games are carefully chosen to stimulate and build different areas of the brain. Optional home practice work is offered.
Coffeehouse Education and Support SeminarThis discussion group meets once a week, for those with mild memory loss or cognitive changes. Coffeehouse members attend lectures and discussions by researchers and practitioners based on the interests identified by members. Coffeehouse is a supportive peer community for those who are learning to cope and plan for cognitive change.
Wisdom Keepers Reminiscence GroupMemory Keepers, which meets once a week, is designed for people who want a social experience, have good long term memory, and can enjoy and focus on an extensive discussion. Each week a topic related to past life is explored with videos and discussion questions.
