The University of Michigan Health System has vending machines conveniently located within all of its hospitals and health centers, available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
We know you are on the go, and often, when visiting family in the hospital or flying through a hectic day, stopping to consider the nutritional value of your snack or cold food item is the last thing you might do. But it’s now easier than ever to make a GOOD CHOICE at our vending machines.
In partnership with Retail Food Services, AVI Food Systems, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, the MFit Health Promotion Division and Michigan Healthy Community, 50 percent of all options within cold food, snack and beverage machines across the Health System are a guaranteed GOOD CHOICE for your health! Look for the MFit logo to identify these healthier options.
For a complete list of healthier options, visit www.mhealthy.umich.edu.
Taste the difference!
You can try the MFit-approved items in vending machines at many Health System locations. We invite you to make a GOOD CHOICE the next time you visit our vending machines.
