ORDERING GUIDELINES:So AVI can best serve you, please guarantee guests at least 24 hours prior to your event. If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed to your original number. If there is an off-permise catering need, there is a service and delivery charge.Hot buffet available upon request.Deliveries include disposable flatware, paper ware, and condiments. There is an additional charge for China, Linen, Glassware, Stainless, Fresh Flowers, Rental Items and overtime for kitchen staff. We do require, of course, that all catering equipment be returned.Payment for catering events by AVI Food Systems is by credit card, check, cash or U-M Short Code. Checks should be made out to AVI FOODSYSTEMS, Inc. at the time of the event.
