    • Hyperion Smart View Add-In Upgrade/Install Process

    MCIT Supported Devices:

  • Please call 936-8000 to submit ticket or click here to submit on-line. Ask them to add the Hyperion Smart View for Microsoft Office Add-in to your Core Image, and to advise you when you can run maintenance in order to install the add-in. If you have never before run maintenance on your machine, please read these instructions for running maintenance on an MCIT Core Image PC.

  • MSIS has put together a wiki with instructions regarding how to install Smart View. The install file is now on the wiki and can be downloaded. Please see the instructions and download the file.

    • Re-create connection to Hyperion Planning:

  • Regardless of which type of machine you have, you may need to re-create the connection to Hyperion Planning. To do this: Click Here

    • Access to hanging files in Hyperion

    Once in the Hyperion Web Application, users must disable the pop blocker to be able to download and view all hanging files.
