Recruitment Resources

If you want to post research flyers, recruit patients, survey providers or staff, or use facilities for research activities at Briarwood Family Medicine Center, Chelsea Family Medicine Center, Dexter Family Medicine Center,Family medicine at Domino's Farms and Ypsilanti Health Center, then the study must be reviewed and approved by the Department of Family medicine before you start any aspect of the study. The forms below must be completed to start the review and approval process. Ideally, investigators should discuss the project with a faculty member at the clinical site of interest before ever submitting a grant or IRB application.
