Master Documentation

Uploading Architectural Master files shall follow the below mentioned naming convention and be zipped together. Files will need an identifier, RTN number and Project name separated by underscores ( _ ). (i.e. "IDENTIFIER_ #######_Name") Identifiers are as follows below. You will also be required to add your email address.

• BBASE - Floorplans
• EMER - Emergency Information
• FW - Fire/Smoke Partitions
• LEAD - Lead Shielding
• SU - Space Utilization

Uploading Mechanical Master files shall follow the below mentioned naming convention and be zipped together. Files will need an identifier, RTN number and Project name separated by underscores ( _ ). (i.e. "IDENTIFIER_ #######_Name") Identifiers are as follows below. You will also be required to add your email address.

• CHWP - Chilled Water
• HVAC - HVAC Zones/ MEP Equipment Locations
• MGAS - Medical Gas
• ROOF - Roof Safety/ Exhaust

• TAB - Test and Balance Report

• ELS - Life Safety
• CT - Cable Tray
• FA - Fire Alarm
