Welcome to Facilities Planning and Development (FPD)

Our mission is to provide World Class facilities and physical frameworks to allow the University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers to continue to be a world leading provider in healthcare, education and research. At FPD, we are purely a support services function. We are committed to work together and in partnership with faculty and staff throughout the Health System, to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, functional and healthy environment that directly supports our mission.
