Calendar to View Available Rooms

*In order to access the online calendar, you will need to login using the username and password provided to you in steps 2 & 3. Please note that the online calendar is for viewing purposes only.

1. go to https://lrc-spiischeduling.umms.med.umich.edu/formLogin.asp

2. type in the username: LRC (uppercase).

3. type in the password: classroom (lowercase).

4. then click the Login button.

5. On the next window click on “Activity Viewer” (you will get a security window, just click yes) and the calendar will open.

6. At the top of the calendar the current date appears. Click on the down arrows to change to the desired date. You must then click “Go to Day” for the date to change. The blue lines indicate rooms and times that are currently scheduled.

If you find the date and time you need is available you can fill out the online or fax room reservation form on the left navigation bar. Please remember that we may be in the process of scheduling the room you are asking for and it may not be available by the time we receive your request.
