Facilities Planning and Development (FPD) schedules a large number of conference rooms, classrooms and auditoriums on UMHS Campus. To view a list of these rooms please refer to the "Room Information Sheet".
In order to schedule a room with FPD, a reservation form (online or fax) must be submitted. Only completed forms will be accepted. All requests, with exception to batch scheduling, are handled on a first-come first-serve basis and all are responded to within 24 hours of submittal via email.
It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and make sure that everything is correct. You will also want to bring your confirmation sheet to each event as it is your ticket into the room. This also helps to avoid any confusion or conflict between departments and the reserved rooms.
