From 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, visitors to the U-M tents in front of the store will be able to get their cardiovascular risk, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels checked free. They can also learn from U-M experts about their personal cardiovascular health risks and what they can do now to prevent problems down the road.

Join us at this symposium and learn about Alzheimer's disease and the associated complications of memory loss. In addition to learning about information generated from the latest research on Alzheimer's disease, as well as research study opportunities, participants will hear about tips and resources that increase comfort, help maintain activity, and help people cope.

The Alzheimer's Association willprovide an overview of Alzheimer's disease and will provide information on the support available. The Alzheimer's Association regularly helps to inform people on how to navigate through the difficult decisions and uncertainties people with Alzheimers and their families face at every stage of the disease.
The Michigan Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (MADRC) is committed to conducting research on memory and aging to better understand how to prevent, diagnose and treat Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. These University of Michigan experts will discuss the current trends in dementia research and opportunities to participate:
