Pediatric EM Fellowship Program

The Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program at the University of Michigan offers fellows, from both Emergency Medicine and Pediatric backgrounds, a challenging and diverse training experience that provides them with the skills needed to excel in academic or community pediatric emergency medicine. Our graduates will be prepared to become leaders in the rapidly expanding field of pediatric emergency medicine.

We accomplish this through rigorous training in an academic program that utilizes the resources of a nationally recognized university hospital and an urban teaching hospital. In each environment, fellows work with a diverse group of exemplary role models in both Pediatric and Adult Emergency Medicine who are committed to teaching, patient care, research and healthcare administration.  As a large division within a strong academic Department of Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the University of Michigan offers its fellows a unique training environment with a broad range of opportunities and faculty mentorship.
