U-M Brehm Investigators

The U-M Brehm Investigators are a group of U-M researchers (most of them housed in the Brehm Center) that represent a variety of scientific areas. They are designated as "U-M Brehm Investigators" because they bring their unique skills to address the puzzle of type 1 diabetes. (Two of them, Peter Arvan and Ernesto Bernal-Mizrachi, also hold named Brehm Professorships.) Their work is made possible by Bill and Dee Brehm, whose personal mission is to apply the tools of research and analysis to find and deliver a cure for type 1 diabetes.
