5th Annual Victors 5K Run/Walk for Diabetes Awareness

Sponsored by the U-M Students for Diabetes Awareness, a student group with the purpose of increasing awareness about diabetes among students on the University of Michigan campus, forming support networks for students with diabetes, and raising funds to contribute to the effort to find a cure.

6th Annual Midwest Islet Club Conference

The Midwest Islet Club Conference fosters greater communication and interaction between pancreatic beta cell biology investigators within the Midwest region. The meeting will be attended by both senior and junior investigators, with a decided focus toward students, postdoctoral fellows, and newly independent investigators serving as speakers.
