University of Michigan Brehm Investigators

The Brehm Investigators

The University of Michigan Brehm Investigators are a group of U-M researchers representing a variety of scientific areas who are dedicated to bringing their unique skills to address the puzzle of type 1 diabetes. Their work is made possible by Bill and Dee Brehm, whose personal mission is to apply the tools of research and analysis to find and deliver a cure for type 1 diabetes.

The U-M Brehm Investigators have been brought together to help accelerate the pace toward delivering new discoveries to help individuals with type 1 diabetes by taking an interdisciplinary approach. U-M Brehm Investigators also collaborate with other diabetes researchers at the University of Michigan and around the world.

In 2010, a number of the U-M Brehm Investigators will locate to our new location, the Brehm Tower. The high-tech facility will house many U-M diabetes researchers under one roof, to synergize their work to search for a cure.
