UM Dermatology at Domino's Farms - Our Newest Facility
The U-M Department of Dermatology has opened a new facility located at Domino's Farms. This new office merges the U-M Dermatology offices, formerly at the Reichert Health Building, and the Dermatology Treatment Center, formerly at the UMHS Med-Inn into one convenient new location.
The clinics at the Taubman Center at University Hospital and Dexter Family Medicine will remain in their current locations.
General dermatology patient services are offered at U-M Dermatology's Domino's Farms office. Patients of all ages are treated by UM Dermatology physicians with expertise in :
- Psoriasis, Eczema & Other Inflammatory Skin Conditions
- Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL)
- Immunodermatology
- Dermatopathology
Also located at our new Domino's Farms office the U-M Dermatology Treatment Center (DTC) is U-M Dermatology's premier effort in the treatment of psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions. The DTC provides intensive dermatologic therapy and special services for a single daily rate. DTC patients receive therapy similar to that used within the U-M Hospitals Dermatology Consultative Inpatient Service, yet have the option of returning home at night, or when commuting a distance of greater than 30 miles of staying at a local hotel. To determine eligibility for the program, patients may be referred by their personal dermatologist or by a U-M dermatologist.
U-M Department of Dermatology - General Dermatology provides consultations to other doctors. Regardless of your type of insurance, you must first see your primary care physician or another specialist for your dermatologic condition. If your physician has examined you and feels you need to be seen by us, they can either fax a medical consult form to our office, or call our staff with the details of your condition. We will either schedule the appointment with your referring doctor's staff or call you with an appointment. For additional information regarding making an appointment please refer to our "Make An Appointment Website".
