Make a General Dermatology Appointment

Individuals with a biopsy-confirmed melanoma diagnosis are encouraged to make appointments directly, by calling the University of Michigan Multidisciplinary Melanoma Clinic.

Patient satisfaction is our top priority and includes providing appointments to our patients as soon as possible. To achieve this, our General Dermatology service provides consultations to other doctors.

This simply means that you must first see your primary care physician or another specialist for your dermatologic condition, regardless of your insurance policy. If your physician has examined you and determines that you need to be seen by us, your physician may either call our staff through the details of your condition or fax a medical consult form to our office.

Your appointment will then be scheduled either with your referring doctor's staff or directly with you.

Maps, directions and parking information are available online. Convenient valet parking service is available for a fee at the front entrance to the UM Hospitals/Taubman Health Center.
