Make a General Dermatology Appointment

Individuals with a biopsy-confirmed melanoma diagnosis are encouraged to make appointments directly, by calling the University of Michigan Multidisciplinary Melanoma Clinic at (734) 936-6360.

U-M Department of Dermatology - General Dermatology provides consultations to other doctors. Regardless of your type of insurance, you must first see your primary care physician or another specialist for your dermatologic condition. If your physician has examined you and feels you need to be seen by us, they can either fax a medical consult form to our office, or call our staff with the details of your condition. We will either schedule the appointment with your referring doctor's staff or call you with an appointment.
