Your CDLC physicians are board-certified dermatologists and members of the American Academy of Dermatology. In addition to their training from highly respected medical institutions, they have received specialized training in cosmetic skin and laser treatments. Our physicians are faculty members at the University of Michigan Medical School. We also have a dedicated staff of nurses to assist in your care before, during and after your procedure.

Dr. Darius Karimipour

Recruited in 2000, Dr. Karimipour is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology/Cutaneous Surgery and Oncology Division. He specializes in laser/cosmetic surgery, melanoma, non-melanoma skin cancer, Mohs surgery, and reconstructive surgery. He has authored several publications in prominent medical journals. Dr. Karimipour is listed in Best Doctors in America.

Dr. Jeffrey Orringer

As an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology, Dr. Orringer specializes in laser surgery, cosmetic dermatology, non-melanoma skin cancer, Mohs surgery, and reconstructive surgery. He serves as the Director of the Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Center (CDLC). He is listed in Best Doctors in America and his research has recently been discussed in TIME magazine.
