Your CDLC physicians are board-certified dermatologists and members of the American Academy of Dermatology. In addition to their training from highly respected medical institutions, they have received specialized training in cosmetic skin and laser treatments. Our physicians are faculty members at the University of Michigan Medical School. We also have a dedicated staff of nurses to assist in your care before, during and after your procedure.

Dr. Matthew Fox

Dr. Fox is a clinical lecturer in the Department of Dermatology/Cutaneous Surgery and Oncology Division. He specializes in laser/cosmetic procedures, melanoma, non-melanoma skin cancer, Mohs surgery, and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Jeffrey Orringer

As an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology, Dr. Orringer specializes in laser surgery, cosmetic dermatology, non-melanoma skin cancer, Mohs surgery, and reconstructive surgery. He serves as the Director of the Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Center (CDLC) and sepcializes inspecializes in cosmetic/laser procedures, melanoma, non-melanoma skin cancer and Mohs surgery. He is listed in Best Doctors in America and his research has recently been discussed in TIME magazine. Dr. Orringer has also been invited to lecture on laser therapy at prestigious national medical meetings such as the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery Annual Meeting, the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, and the Dermatology Foundation Clinical Symposia.

Dr. Dana Sachs

Dr. Sachs specializes in cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic laser procedures, melanoma, non-melanoma skin cancer and general dermatology. She is an Associate Professor in the University of Michigan Department of Dermatology. Prior to joining the CDLC, Dr. Sachs was a faculty member at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. In 2007 she was listed in Detroit Hour as one of the area's top dermatologists.
