Wiliam Swindell is a Research Investigator in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Swindell provides bioinformatic analysis for our psoriasis genetics and immunogenetics research labs, and is interested in the development of computational methods for genetics and the analysis of genome-wide expression data. He received his PhD in Genetics from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, OH in 2005; and received his M.Sc. in Statistics and Probability in 2007 from Michigan State University. Dr.
Swindell received postdoctoral training at the University of Michigan (Department of Pathology) and Harvard University (Department of Genetics).
He joined the Dermatology Department faculty in 2012.
