Dr. Dana Sachs, MD, is a board-certified Dermatologist and graduate of Boston University School of Medicine. Having served her internship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston MA, she came to the University of Michigan for her residency in dermatology, and served as Chief Resident in her final year. Following her residency training, Dr. Sachs was a faculty member at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City for five years. She was successfully recruited to return to the University of Michigan Department of Dermatology as a Clinical Associate Professor in 2004. In 2007 she was listed in Detroit Hour as one of the area's top dermatologists. Dr. Sachs specializes in general dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. She is active in clinical research related to the treatment of aging skin with various topical preparations.
