Preventive Cardiology offers a wide range of personalized services to help patients reduce stress and improve health. Individual consultants are available to help patients achieve their stress management goals and integrate stress reduction techniques into their daily lives, including: mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, body scan, breathing techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, and yoga. Individual stress management sessions are 1 hour in length.

The course of treatment takes the focus off of food and guides the participants through an intensive program unlocking the psychological barriers to permanent weight loss. This concrete, step-by-step workshop explores the core reasons for overeating, identifies the triggers that precipitate a binge and helps break the vicious cycle of emotional eating.
