The multidisciplinary Vascular Medicine Program is a clinically integrated approach to the diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and management of patients with complex arterial venous disease. This approach brings together top-notch professionals from vascular-related specialties to provide disease evaluation and management. The program gives patients with diagnosed or suspected vascular disease the opportunity to receive comprehensive and efficient care in a multidisciplinary environment. In addition, timely communication with the patient and referring physician is coordinated by the multidisciplinary Vascular Medicine Program.
