Anticoagulation Management Service
The CVC’s Anticoagulation Service offers safe and effective management of long-term warfarin therapy for patients at risk of developing blood clots. Warfarin (also known as Coumadin®) is a medication that must be carefully monitored to make sure that a patient is getting the right dose; too much or too little can cause serious medical complications.
Please contact Dr. Jim Froehlich or Dr. Brad Dyke to consult for any questions such as: choice of agent, duration of therapy, or if your patient might be able to avoid warfarin therapy.
