Please contact the Cranial Base Program by phone, fax or e-mail. Program coordinator Janet Urban, M.S., PA-C, will contact you regarding records, imaging and biopsy slides.
We schedule patients promptly in either the Anterior Clinic or the Lateral/Posterior Clinic with the appropriate physicians. In most cases, the physicians involved in each patient's care perform the evaluation and treatment plan together at the same time and in the same room.
Patients can be seen within one week of the referral or sooner if the diagnosis warrants. The referring physician is part of the health care team and receives ongoing updates of the patient's progress.
