The Center for Molecular Imaging (CMI) at the Biomedical Science Research Building is a shared resource aimed at providing state-of-the-art imaging services for the research community. The BSRB CMI offers a diverse range of imaging systems including two in vivo optical Xenogen bioluminescent/fluorescent imaging systems, a CRi Maestro fluorescent imaging system, a Visen near Infrared fluorescent imaging system, a Varian horizontal bore MRI system (7 Tesla), a Siemens Inveon MicroPET/CT system, and a Gamma Medica SPECT/CT system. The CMI has become a central, diverse and dynamic resource facility wherein exchange of techniques and ideas can occur, fostering productive interdisciplinary collaborations in research.
