Programs & Services: Community Outreach Funding Opportunities

The Community Health Service Task Force, a Health System-wide multidisciplinary committee, offers funding to support community outreach projects sponsored by UMHS employees and departments. The Community Health Services Review Committee reviews proposals for any community-based project or event that allows our institution to further demonstrate our commitment and extend our participation with state and local partners.

Grants range from $100 to $2,000. The Review Committee encourages co-sponsorship of department/program funding from external sources.

Deadlines

Funding requests are due on the first day of the odd months (January, March, May, July, September and November). If your proposal is approved, you will be notified by the 15th of the month in which your proposal was submitted.
