Role of cancer stem cells in pancreatic cancer.

My project involves studying the contribution of cancer stem cells to pancreatic cancer.  We utilize multiple approaches to study this problem including genetically engineered mouse models of pancreatic cancer, primary human tumors, and pancreatic cancer cell lines.
