Critical Care Medicine Unit
The Critical Care Medicine Unit of the University of Michigan Medical Center is a 20-bed adult intensive care unit. Patient care is managed by physicians under the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine within the Department of Internal Medicine. Common diagnoses are respiratory failure, hepatic failure, renal failure, sepsis, GI hemorrhage, and endocrine/electrolyte imbalances.
