Access UM-CareLink From Home
Instructions on how to acess UM-CareLink from your personal computer
Prerequisites
- Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7 (Windows 3.11/95/98/ME, Linux and Apple Mac not supported)
- Internet Explorer 6.x or higher required. (Netscape Navigator or Firefox not supported)
- Internet Explorer Privacy/Security Settings set to medium or lower.
- Citrix Net6 Helper Package may launch the first time you login using your computer.
- Accept SSL Certificate security warning with “Always”.
- Allow Pop-ups from *.med.umich.edu
- Add citrix.med.umich.edu as a trusted site
