At the University of Michigan Health System we have a long history of discovery. We were the first to establish a Multiorgan Transplant Program in the state and we've been saving lives ever since. Our reseach into AIDS is making incredible strides in finding a cure for what was once thought to be an incurable disease. We're early-adopters of some of medicine's most advanced technology. Our burn center is one of the first and most respected in the nation. We uncovered the gene responsible for cystic fibrosis.

So, you see, whether you're in college or high-school it's never too early to begin thinking about a career in healthcare at UMHS. After all, you never know. You may just play a part in the next great breakthrough!
