Our vision at UMHS is to be recognized by talented health care professionals as a great place to work. To do that means maintaining our commitment to quality and continuing to be a leader in patient care, education and research.

Our mission is accomplished through the collective efforts of our staff and faculty and is guided by our values of respect, compassion, trust, integrity, efficiency and leadership.
