Adult Congenital Heart Program

This clinic provides outpatient evaluation and follow-up for patients, 18 and over, with congenital heart disease. Our services include:

  • Adult structural and interventional cardiac catheterization services
  • Specialized adult congenital MRI
  • Multidisciplinary Adult Congenital Arrhythmia services, with joint visits with congenital cardiology, adult electrophysiology specialists and pediatric cardiology specialists
  • Same day surface echocardiograms
  • Continued follow-up and consultation with pediatric or adult surgery, pediatric cardiology and high-risk obstetrics
  • Clinical social work

  • Tetralogy of Fallot
  • Transposition of the Great Arteries
  • Single Ventricle anatomy following the Fontan procedure
  • Atrial Septal Defect
  • Ventricular Septal Defect
  • Ebstein Anomaly
