Timothy P. Hofer, MD, MSc. is a Professor in the Division of General Medicine at the University of Michigan and a Research Scientist at the Ann Arbor VA Health Services Research & Development Center of Excellence. His interests include investigating the role of patient and social factors in determining hospital and physician use under different health system organizations. He provides methodologic and analytic support to CanSORT, focusing on hierarchical and multilevel modeling.
