Walk with a Doc
Saturday, May 18

Join Melissa Shannon-Hagen, RD, Cancer Nutrition Services, for a "Walk with a Doc" in Gallop Parkgoing to a new website 10-11 am. These walks start at the pavilion near the parking lot and play structure at Gallup Park. Enter the park, proceed over the wooden bridge and park where it dead ends. The pavilion is near the bathrooms. The route is 3 miles total in two 1.5 mile loops. Water and snacks provided.

 

 

 

Dating and Cancer Talk
Wednesday, May 22

Join Jane Deering, LMSW for a panel discussion that will address the unique needs of cancer survivors when it comes to navigating being single. Deciding to date can raise issues around confidence, self image and how much (and when to disclose).
