.The event is free and will feature a cooking demonstration and food tasting with chef Kyle Kooyers, the executive chef for Fabulous Food, an Ann Arbor-based catering company.
In addition to door prizes and a complimentary hot breakfast, attendees can listen to nutrition and health experts including:

Gastroenterologist (digestive system expert) at U-M Health System with clinical interests in celiac disease, microscopic colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. He also performs colonoscopies.
Hayward Penny, M.S., R.D.
Nutrition expert and project manager for health and wellness at Detroit Medical Center.
Kyle Kooyers
Executive chef for Fabulous Foods and graduate of Washtenaw Community College's culinary arts program.

"Healthy eating and understanding colon health are important to men throughout life," says Aisha Langford, M.P.H., community outreach manager at the U-M Comprehensive Cancer Center. "We hope this event will answer our guests' questions and provide them with worthwhile and useful information about their health."
