Dr. Israel Hodish obtained his M.D. degree in 1996 from the Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel. Following a residency in internal medicine, he earned a Ph.D. from the Tel-Aviv University, Israel. He completed the fellowship program in Metabolism, Endocrinology and Diabetes in the University of Michigan in 2007.Dr. Hodish is actively involved in translational and clinical research in diabetes, with a focus on type 2 diabetes management and technology transfer. He is a principal investigator in several clinical trials.
